We have enjoyed celebrating two birthdays recently here at St Winifreds Care Home; Mary had a happy birthday on Friday 17 June and Walter celebrated his special day the day after.
We were treated to some wonderful entertainment on 17 June from ‘Country Blues‘ whose music encouraged lots of singing and dancing from our residents!
On Thursday 23 June we took our lovely residents Marj and Barbara to a local Costa coffee shop and they enjoyed sitting outside in the glorious sunshine, followed by a walk around the shops.
And it was bingo time on Friday 24 June, when a group of our residents joined in with some games; we played both picture bingo and number bingo, which everybody thoroughly enjoyed.
