It was Margaret’s birthday on Monday 7 September and we made sure we gave her a special day at St Winifreds Care Home.
First, we organised a surprise Skype call with her dad, which she was thrilled with.
We then threw her a party and had fun getting messy making milkshakes with bananas, strawberries and ice-cream. These went down brilliantly with everyone!
We presented Margaret with a beautiful birthday cake featuring flower and butterfly iced decorations which was a lovely focus for the party celebrations.
