Happy birthday!
We’ve had lots of wonderful birthday celebrations recently at our Care Home in Deal, marking special days for Pamela, Maria, John, Kevin and Ivy. Each celebration was filled with pampering, presents, birthday banners, delicious cakes and plenty of smiles!
Our residents enjoyed special musical entertainment from Java Jive and others, making the occasions really memorable.
Many happy returns to them all!
Gentlemen’s Club
Every fortnight, our lovely gents gather for Gentlemen’s Club at our Home, hosted by our Maintenance Man, Ant. It’s a welcoming space where they can relax together, chat, play games and enjoy hobbies that interest them.
From time to time, some of our gentlemen also assist Ant with small checks around our communal areas – ensuring doors and lights are working properly. These moments provide a wonderful sense of pride, purpose and belonging within their own community.
A big thank you to Ant for creating something so meaningful and enjoyable for our gents.
