We had a great day on Friday 1 November at St Winifreds Care Home as one of our fantastic team members Sheeja (known as Sushi to our residents) recently qualified as an OSCE Nurse and has received her Nursing PIN – so we wanted to celebrate her achievement.
Having undergone Nellsar’s OCSE Training Programme, being supported by Registered Nurse Development Manager Paula Persaud and Learning and Development Manager Marisa Spice, Sheeja is thrilled that she passed her exam and has now become a Nurse who will support us and our lovely residents at St Winifreds – we are so lucky to have her!
She will be further supported under the guidance and support of Lead Registered Nurse, Nisha Manoj and our wonderful team of Nurses and other colleagues.
We were joined on Friday by Operations and Compliance Manager Alison, Head of Recreation and Well-Being Viv, and Recreation and Well-Being Manager Ronnie when we presented Sheeja with gifts from all of us at St Winifreds.
