St David’s Day
To celebrate St David’s Day at St Winifreds Care Home, our residents spent time together making arts and crafts – from dragons to leeks, we all got stuck in with colourful Welsh-inspired stickers, which are always great fun to use.
We decked out our dining room with our creations and enjoyed tea and biscuits after all our wonderfully creative efforts!
World Book Day
Our ladies and gents also enjoyed getting creative for World Book Day, making bookmarks using colourful card, sticker gems and glitter, crafting decorations and colouring Book Day posters.
It was a great opportunity to chat about books we love to read, including those we enjoyed as children.
