On Thursday 27 January a group of our ladies at St Winifreds Care Home came together to craft some Chinese lanterns ready for Chinese New Year.
They used slatted card to form the lanterns and decorated their creations with pretty flowers, butterflies and birds. We’re looking forward to displaying them this week for our Chinese New Year celebrations.
After their crafting session they relaxed with a cup of tea and biscuits.
