We really love arts and crafts here at St Winifreds Care Home, and we were keen to make more VE decorations – including our impressive large ’80’ decoration for the 80th anniversary celebrations.
There wasn’t much we didn’t use as we made our own poppies to put on the 80 which we had painted before dressing it with pretty gems – we do love a bit of sticking!
As we cleared up, we enjoyed well-deserved tea and biscuits.
