Easter bonnet competition
During Easter we held an Easter bonnet competition here at St Winifreds Care Home and all those who took part received a special certificate to celebrate their creativity.
We had two winners who each received a vase with glittery bunnies on, some mini eggs and a chocolate lolly to enjoy. Everyone had fun over refreshments as we admired all the handiwork.

On Easter Sunday our residents had a visit from the Easter bunny! They enjoyed eggs and a special chocolate lolly. Such great fun and delicious too!
Music with Geoff
On Thursday 21 April we welcomed singer Geoff Dean to our Home and sang along with him to some old favourites including Cliff Richard and Elvis.
We danced and clapped, and some of our ladies and gents enjoyed a tipple of sherry or a shandy, while others relaxed enjoying the music with tea and biscuits.
We always enjoy a good song and boogie with Geoff – we hope he visits us again soon!
