Crafting cards
Our wonderful residents have been getting creative here at St Winifreds Care Home, making beautiful homemade Christmas cards for their families and friends. Working both in small groups and one-to-one sessions, everyone enjoyed gluing, sticking and decorating their cards with festive stickers and embellishments – each one designed with love and care to make their recipients smile.
With plenty of tea, biscuits and chatter along the way, it was a truly heartwarming activity that captured the spirit of Christmas. We know our loved ones will treasure these thoughtful creations.
Birthday wishes
We also celebrated a very special birthday – our dear resident Tom! He enjoyed a lovely walk with one of our team members, followed by presents, cards and of course, a delicious slice of birthday cake.
