Our lovely St Winifreds Care Home resident Connie enjoyed her birthday with us this weekend, celebrating with our team members and enjoying a visit from her husband Doug and daughter.
She had a great day, opening presents and enjoying a laugh with friends and family. She loved her birthday cake too.
