Last week at St Winifreds Care Home, our residents rolled up their sleeves for another delightful Winifred’s Pantry session — this time making delicious homemade shortbread.
Each of our residents had their own mixture to combine, roll and shape into tempting biscuits, before using forks to add decorative patterns to the tops, ready for baking.
It was a wonderful afternoon of creativity, with scrumptious results!
