We kicked off The Grand National last week by watching racing on the television and also having fun with this fabulous electronic racing game here at St Winifreds Care Home.
Our residents chose their horses and cheered them on; with fabulous colours or numbers to choose from, we loved every minute of it. We had refreshments of tea and biscuits which we certainly needed after all the cheering!
This got us into the spirit and we were excited to watch The Grand National race on Saturday!
