What a great way to get moving at St Winifreds Care Home this morning, with a visit from musician Rob T, who sang us a selection of great songs including 60s classics and good old rock and roll.
We were definitely moving and shaking – some of us in our chairs, whilst others got up to dance. Everyone loved singing ‘Great Balls of Fire’, and after all that dancing, a cup of tea and biscuits went down a treat!
