What a memorable Mother’s Day we had here at St Winifreds Care Home!
We decorated throughout our Home, making it really special and colourful, and in the morning we enjoyed one of our favourite pastimes – a good old singalong.
When the afternoon arrived, our residents were treated to a special tea party with fresh cakes and scones made by our lovely Chef Luke and team. Our gorgeous gents did not miss out and were invited along – after all, we all had a mum! Families joined us too and everyone loved the delicious treats. We also presented all our mums with a ‘pocket hug‘ to show how much they are loved.
