We had such a great Friday morning last week when we welcomed Stella from Music for Health to St Winifreds Care Home.
Music for Health provide musical workshops designed to lift the mood and stimulate memories, with a range of musical instruments and props to encourage residents to participate and enjoy a shared experience.
Our ladies and gents all enjoyed a singalong together and using different musical instruments. Stella used colourful scarves, glitter pom poms and plastic plates with everyone, as she danced and sang. She also held a musical quiz which was great fun.
