Last week we had some great musical entertainment here at St Winifreds Care Home with Trevor the Travelling Troubadour one day, and Stella from Music for Health the next.
Trevor is great fun with his 60s songs which we all love to sing along to. We often get our musical instruments out to join in with him which creates a brilliant atmosphere.
Stella brings lots of different equipment for us to use to make music; our residents enjoy the pom-poms, ribbons, sticks and plastic plates to bang! She also runs a musical quiz, plus a singalong. We certainly love seeing what new things she’s going to do with us.
Thank you Trevor and Stella, you really got us moving and shaking!
