Last week at St Winifreds Care Home we enjoyed giving our residents a relaxing afternoon of Namaste and pampering, which included hand massages and our ladies having their nails painted.
Our bubble machine was in full swing, with relaxing music and musical birds playing. Everyone was comfortable and soothed by the experience, and enjoyed some refreshing juices.
The perfect way to spend an afternoon!
