On Sunday the 25th October our Deputy Manager Milana took her children to Delf Farm with our Activities Co-ordinator Julie Bastable to go pumpkin picking for our residents at St Winifreds Care Home.
They all had fun on the farm, picking the best specimens they could find and enjoying hot doughnuts and flying saucer sweets!
They then brought the pumpkins to St Winifreds and laid them out for our residents, all ready for them to carve for Halloween. They also took some home to enjoy carving themselves.
