A small group of our residents here at St Winifreds Care Centre have really enjoyed redressing our mannequin this week, with a springtime theme.
With a few keen dressmakers among us, we created a Spring inspired ensemble comprising a white skirt with a teal coloured bodice. Our ladies decorated the front with butterflies, daisies, carrots and coloured feathers.
We placed a cute Easter bonnet atop the mannequin and it now takes pride of place in our visitors room – just in time to welcome back our residents’ loved ones from Monday 8 March!
