For St Andrews Day on Saturday 30 November, our residents enjoyed a tea party together here at St Winifreds Care Home.
We dressed up for a Scottish quiz and even made our own caber – for traditional ‘toss the caber‘ – made from a swimming noodle and brown paper! Everyone agreed it was great fun seeing everyone dressed in Scottish hats and kilts, including those who we visited in their rooms.
What a fun way to spend the afternoon – Happy St Andrews Day!
