St Winifreds Care Home in Deal recognise the importance of rewarding their staff for their hard work. Nicola Masters, Home Manager, is a firm believer in recognition as a great way to raise self-esteem and team spirit, so once a month she selects members of the team for Employee of the Month awards.
Congratulations to Chloe Christou (above) who received ‘Carer of the Month’ for her ‘Outstanding performance and stepping up to the mark’, and well done to Julie Bastable (below), one of our Senior Carers, for her ‘Outstanding Senior Performance’ award.
Nicola Masters presented both ladies with a certificate and shopping vouchers as a thank you for their dedication to caring for their residents.
