Hot chocolate heaven!
We had a lovely trip out in our minibus to our local Costa last week with two of our lovely ladies from St Winifreds Care Home.
We enjoyed hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows (yum!). We also treated ourselves to a delicious slice of cake and met some really nice people.
Scone making
In our St Winifreds Pantry last week me made some fruit scones together. Our ladies and gents really enjoyed mixing the ingredients and cutting the scones, ready for baking.
Everyone enjoyed them at tea time – they were so delicious!
VE Day preparations
On Friday 6 May we got together for a spot of colouring. We had some great pictures to choose from, including medals, tanks and aeroplanes – all in preparation for the weekend VE celebrations.
We worked really hard to make them look fabulous!
