On Thursday 7 August, we welcomed Geoff Dean for a lively afternoon of singing and puppets here at St Winifreds Care Home. As always, Geoff brought plenty of fun and smiles to our residents – but it was little Amelia, a family member of one of our residents, who truly stole the show!
Amelia charmed everyone she met, happily greeting her relative’s friends and peers, and even joining in to dance with everyone. What a little sweetheart she was! Her joy and energy lit up the room, and our residents were absolutely delighted to spend time with her.
Moments like these remind us how much our residents love interacting with the younger generation – sharing laughter and the simple joy of being together. A heartfelt thank you to Amelia and her family for making the day extra special. You brought so much happiness to our Home.
And huge thanks to Geoff, as always, for sharing his wonderful music and puppets with us.
