After seeing some great resin crafts taking place at other Nellsar Homes, we wanted to give it a go ourselves here at St Winifreds Care Home, as it looks great fun with amazing results.
A few of us tried it to start with, using a starter kit which included the resin and moulds. We poured the resin into the shapes we wanted and added flowers and glitter to create our pieces.
We made key rings as keepsakes for one of our families who have just lost a loved one, and others just for fun. We also made a coaster for a team member’s birthday.
We’re looking forward to seeing the end results and can’t wait to try more!
