We had a great time with our residents last week, potting up seeds to go in our garden here at St Winifreds Care Home.
Our residents didn’t mind getting stuck in and their hands dirty, as they potted different coloured sunflower seeds, as well as some beautiful smelling lavender. We recycled some egg boxes for our seed planting and had soon filled all our containers and pots.
We can’t wait for our efforts to be rewarded with bursts of colourful flowers in the summer with any luck!
