On Friday 15 October we went camping in Wales (virtually!) here at St Winifreds Care Home.
We decorated our Home with a huge Welsh flag and set up our campsite inside, complete with campfire and Welsh sheep. We even had a cheerful Welsh daffodil join us for the day!
Our residents enjoyed a delicious lunch from our local fish and chip shop and we had fun singing camp fire songs, as well as a singalong with Sir Tom!
Everyone enjoyed marshmallows over our campfire and sipped tea while reminiscing about past visits to Wales.
