Our new purchase went down well with our St Winifreds Care Home residents on Friday 28 June – a floor bicycle no less!
Our ladies and gents enjoyed some gentle morning exercise using it and had fun peddling away. One of our lovely ladies Gaye was very keen and liked pretending we were cycling down country lanes!
What a great way to start the morning. We think we may purchase some more of these and start a Cycling Club. Watch out the Tour de France!!
