On Thursday 11 May we took a lovely trip to the seaside with our St Winifreds Care Home residents.
First we enjoyed Deal Beach Parlour’s famous pink and white whippy ice cream, which brought back memories for our ladies and gents.
We then had a stroll along the beach on the pebbles, which was enjoyed by everyone, under the blue skies above.
One of our residents decided to have a walk along the seafront with Chelsea; he walked half a mile to where he wanted to be picked up, with lots of fresh air along the way!
