Last week we had the lovely Stella from Music for Health come in to spend time with our ladies and gents here at St Winifreds Care Home.
We all had a fantastic time with her; her enthusiasm gets us all joining in with our pom-poms and musical instruments – shaking in time to the music and enjoying dancing in our seats.
After all the excitement and music, everyone enjoyed a well-earned cup of tea and some biscuits.
