Sweeties galore!
Winifreds Pantry got together this week to make some delicious old fashioned sweets here at St Winifreds Care Home.
We made perfect peppermint creams, creamy coconut ice and luxurious chocolate truffles.
Everyone who took park had a wonderful time and took great care to create some beautiful treats for all to enjoy. How yummy!
Bernard lends a hand
Our resident Bernard took time to go around our Home with our Maintenance Man Ant recently, testing all the fans, TVs and nurse call bells in all our communal areas, to make sure they were all in tip top working order.
He thoroughly enjoyed doing this and said that he felt useful lending a hand.
Thank you Bernard; Ant could get quite used to having such a keen workmate!
