Here at our Care Home in Deal, we are very fortunate to have wonderful links with our local community and access to fantastic visiting entertainers and activity providers.
One of our favourites is Kayleigh from Taylor Dance Academy, who visits us every month to help get us moving and shaking! Our sessions begin with gentle warm-up exercises set to music before we enjoy a variety of activities using pom-poms, scarves and musical instruments to keep the fun going.
These lively sessions are a great way to stay active, boost well-being and enjoy time together, all while listening to some great music.
