On Sunday 27 March we had a wonderful day celebrating all our beautiful ladies here at St Winifreds Care Home for Mother’s Day.
We organised a special afternoon cream tea party – with delicious scones, jam and cream – which was thoroughly enjoyed by all our lovely ladies. We made sure everyone in our Home was spoilt – our ladies in bed did not miss out and were included in all the goodies.
Each of our ladies was given a gift of a pretty framed flower or heart picture and were read a lovely poem written by Tina from our Recreation and Well-Being Team. Everyone absolutely loved it!
