Barry Goss
Last week we had our regular visit from our popular entertainer Barry Goss here at St Winifreds Care Home.
We have also welcomed a new gentleman resident called George who loved Barry’s music and danced the whole time on his own and with our team members, which was lovely. Our other residents really enjoyed the performance from both of them.
A great time was had by all and we look forward to Barry’s next visit, as he always brings such a joyful atmosphere to our Home.
Flower displays
Pippa, our Dining Assistant, normally sorts our fresh flowers on a Wednesday but was on holiday last week, so our floral displays were arranged by our lovely ladies instead.
They had a beautiful selection of blooms to work with including red and white carnations, gypsophila and eye-catching yellow roses. They were very happy with their creations which were placed on all our dining room tables for everyone to admire.
A lovely splash of colour for Easter.
