On Friday 22 March we had a Japanese theme to our ‘Taster Friday’ as part of our Japan Day at St Winifreds Care Home.
We tried some different kinds of sushi to give our residents a fresh taste experience. On offer were two types – one Katsu chicken and one fish-based. It was enjoyed by a few of our ladies and gents, but most of our residents weren’t too keen. Everyone said they were glad they had tried it though.
And that’s what our Taster Fridays are all about – giving things a go!
