On Tuesday 22 November we enjoyed our first session with Stella from ‘Music for Health’ at St Winifreds Care Home.
Stella brought along lots of goodies to encourage musical movement and exercises – from coloured tinsel pom-poms to shake to plastic plates to bang together and tambourines, our ladies and gents enjoyed getting moving!
Everyone also enjoyed a good old singalong to ‘You are My Sunshine‘ as well as some other popular old songs. We also hosted a music quiz which tested our knowledge on songs from famous musicals.
We loved having Stella with us to brighten our day and have asked her to come and visit again soon!
