We’ve not let the current ‘lockdown’ dampen our spirits here at St Winifreds Residential Care Home; all our amazing staff have been chipping in and contributing to make sure we have something interesting going on in our Home each day for our residents.
We have been making some wonderful rainbow and ‘smile’ pictures to brighten up our windows, which has been a super activity to bring us all together. We also had some donated by a lovely local school, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
One of our lovely Carers, Jess Hardwick, has been entertaining our residents with her fabulous singing. She will be doing regular music slots and karaoke with our ladies and gents. Her voice is amazing!
And we have received some kind donations from our local Nursery – some fantastic Easter eggs, which have really put lots of smiles on lots of faces! Other individuals have been dropping off gifts at our door too, including cakes, chocolate and biscuits!
We’d like to thank everyone who has been so kind, we all really appreciate it.
