We held our annual St Winifreds Care Home Macmillan Coffee Morning on Wednesday 27 September, with our residents, team members, family and friends joining us.
To add to the atmosphere, we were delighted to have some wonderful entertainment provided by Java Jive who encouraged everyone to sing and dance to their music.
Everyone enjoyed a hot drink and a slice of cake or cupcakes, which included chocolate cake, Victoria sponge, a mocha cake and a coffee walnut cake – all made with love by our Recreation and Well-Being Champion Heather, as well as some delicious cupcakes made by our Kitchen Assistant Sonia.
What a wonderful morning of music, chat and laughter we had!
