Pampering our ladies

A group of residents here at St Winifreds Care Home enjoyed a relaxing pamper session on Tuesday 2 March. Our ladies had a soothing hand massage and then had their nails painted. It was a lovely opportunity to have a chat and a catch up.

St David’s Day celebrations

Our residents celebrated St David’s Day with a Welsh quiz and a lovely homemade Welsh stew, followed by traditional Welsh cakes. True to theme, the afternoon’s tea, coffee, snacks and homemade Welsh cookies were served from our specially decorated trolley!

Special Lunch

One of our residents Jack enjoyed having his lunch with our Maintenance Man Bill earlier this week and the gents both drank a nice cold John Smith’s beer. Cheers!
