Sylvia celebrated her 80th birthday with us at St Winifreds Care Home on Saturday 14 January.
She enjoyed having several visitors throughout the day and receiving some beautiful flowers, clothes and cards.
A particular highlight was her chocolate birthday cake, which she enjoyed sharing with her husband Roger.
