Friday 21 July was our Head Chef Andrew’s last day with us at St Winifred Care Home, after almost three years of dedicated service and wonderful food.
He was presented with some lovely gifts (and some funny ones!) and handmade cards with messages from our residents. One lady wrote, ‘I will miss you and I’m going to lose stones in weight!’.
Andrew has been a great teacher to all our other Chefs with less experience, and he’ll be truly missed at our Home.
