Our Christmas festivities started on Thursday 21 December with our Christmas party and a lovely 75th birthday celebration for one of our gentlemen here at St Winifreds Care Home.
Entertainment was provided by performer Geoff Dean who sang a variety of music including 60s, 70s, 80s and Christmas songs. Our residents, team members and visitors all enjoyed singing along – and we even had a surprise visit from Father Christmas who handed out treats to all.
We hosted a gingerbread house decorating session on Christmas Eve with Heather and a great time was had by all who took part.
On Christmas Day, Tina came in dressed as Mother Christmas and handed out gifts to all of our residents, much to their delight!
We all thoroughly enjoyed the festive season and wish everyone a very happy new year!
