We celebrated Doreen’s 91st birthday on Saturday 27 February at St Winifreds Care Home.
She enjoyed our Coffee Morning, when we had decked our drinks trolley with decorations, balloons and a birthday banner for her.
Later, she loved opening all her presents and cards, including a beautiful big bunch of pink and purple flowers from her husband. She also received some delicious chocolates and a wonderful pink iced birthday cake to enjoy.
Doreen had a lovely Skype call with her husband too, which made the day very special.
