Welcoming Joanne to our team

We’d like to welcome our new team member Joanne who has joined our Recreation and Well-Being team here at St Winifreds Care Home.

Joanne has settled in wonderfully and our residents are enjoying their one-to-one time with her time, as they get to know each other. They are also delighted that she has been pampering them and doing their hair too. Our ladies are so happy!

Preparing to set sail

Our residents have also been enjoying making their own passports this week, putting them together for the start of our Nellsar Cruise on Thursday, which will lead nicely into the Chinese New Year.

Joan has thoroughly enjoyed time with her baby doll recently, who provides such engagement and focus for her. She has new clothes for the baby and has loved dressing her, feeding her and of course lots of cuddles!
